ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
~{EREAS, WILLIAN K. S~and EDNA L. STOCK, husband and wife,
~s Joint tenants, have presented to the City Council a grant deed
dated January 9, 1956, conveying property in the City of Sauta Ana,
County of Orange, State of Califo~ia, described as:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over the
Northerly 30.0u feet of that portion of the James 5IcFadden allot-
ment in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 30, Township
5 South, Range 9 West, S.B.B. & N., and runntong thence North
0° 39' 45" East 1329.13 feet; thence South 88 48 15 East,
1224 feet to the point of beginning of the Lot herstn described,
and running from said point of~ beginning, South 88 48 15
East, 66~feet; thence South 0u 39' 45" West, 169.70 feet; thence
North 88v 52' 00" West, 66 feet; thence North 0° 39! 45" East,
169.84 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of ~he City of Sauta
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of March , 1956.
