HomeMy WebLinkAbout56-090RESOLUTION NO. 56-90 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHEREAS, MARTIN ~DRANO and ELODIA R. r~DRANO, husband and wife as Joint tenants, ah~presented ~ the~City Council a grant deed dated January 12, 1956, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of Califo~ia, described as: An easement for road and public utility purposes over the Northerly 30.00 feet of that portion of the James McFadden Allot- ment in the Rancho de Santa Ana described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Section 3©, Township 5 South, Range 9 West, S.B.B. & M.; running thence North 0 39' 45" East 1329.13 feet; thence South 88 ~8' 15" East 33 feet to the point of beginning of the Lot herein described, and running thence from said point of beginning South 88° 48' 15" East 150_ feet; thence South 0° 39'45" West 80.90 feet; thence North 88~ 52' 00" West 150 feet; thence North 0° 39' 45" East 81,06 feet to the point of beginning. N~#, THE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Smnta Ana ac- cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
