HomeMy WebLinkAbout56-091RESOLUTION NO. 56-91 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHEREAS, DONALD R. ~,~DARD, a married man as his separate prop- erty, has presented to the~ity Council a grant deed dated January 12, 195~, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: An easement for road and public utility purposes over the Northerly 30.00 feet of that portion of the James Mcfadden allot- ment in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 3©, TownshiR 5 South, Range 9 West, $.B.B. & M., and ~unning thence North 0~ 39' 45" East 1329.13 feet; thence South 88 48 15 East 1798 feet to the point of beginning of the Lot hersin described, and running from said point of beginning South 88 48 15 East 64 feet; thence South 0° 39' 4~ Wes~ 169.07 feet; thence North 88° 52' West 64 feet; thence North 0 39' 45" East 169.14 feet to the point of be- ginning. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: ~nat the City of Santa Aha ac- cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
