ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
~d~EAS, FRANK V. LISKA and GEORGIA LISKA, husband and wife,
have presented to the City~"~ouncil a grant deed dated November ~th,
1955, in consideration of payment of $216.00, conveying property
in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, de-
scribed as:
An easement for street purposes over the Westerly 8 feet of
the Southerly 45 feet of Lot 4 of Tract No. 271, as shown on
a map thereof recorded in Book 14, Page 9, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County.
NOW, TH~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.

at its regular meeting held on the 1.9th day of March ., 1956.
