ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
W!~REAB, IRENE I. ~ARTIN, a widow, has presented to the City
Council a grant deed dated~arch 17, 1956 in consideration of payment
of ~1,025.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for Sanitary Sewer purposes over a 15 foot strip
of land the center line of which is described as follows:
Beginning at a ooint on the center line of ~cFadden Street,
which bears South ~9° 00' 05" West 12.53 feet from the inter-
section of the center line of ~IcFadden Street with the monumented
center line of Lyon Street;5'thence4' South 5°39' 49" West 274.74
feet; thence South 0° 32' West 724.24 feet; thence South 0°
20" West 1554.03 feet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ama
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of 0rsnge
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of ~anta Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of March , 19~6.
