WHEREAS, GEORGE F. GREEN'~gELL and FLADGIE GREENWELL, husband
and wife, have presented to~-~ity Council a grant deed dated
November 15th, 1955 in consideration of payment of $745.00, convey-
ing property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following described
property: Beginning at a point due West 30 feet from a point on
the center line of Bristol Street that is due North 29.46 feet
from the intersection of the center line of Bristol Street and
Eighth Street, as shown on a map of Tract No. 662, recorded in
Book 24, Page 17, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
thence South 88° 57' 55" West along the North property line of
said Eighth Street 24.73 feet to a point; thence Northeasterly
along the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly having a radius
of 15.00 feet and tangent to the last described course through a
central angle of 88° 57' 55" to a tangent; thence due North along
said tangent 113.38 feet to a point; thence North 88° 57' 55" East
10.00 feet to the West property line of said Bristol Street; thence
due South along said West property line of Bristol Street 128.11
feet to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the 2nd .day of April , 1956.
