AMENDMENT CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION WHERE
PLANNING COMMISSION MADE NO RECOMMENDATION
WHEREAS, upon Amendment Application No. 180 the Planning
Commission, after notice and hearing as required by law, made no
recommendation to the City Council, because of a tie vote of the
members thereof, on said application requesting a reclassification
from R-3 to C-2 district classification,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of
the City of Santa Ana, after public hearing as required by law,
hereby denies the request for changing of district classification
hereinabove referred to.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Sa~
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of May, 1956.
