~tEREAS, a request for repeal or reduction of setback line
on North Broadway Street between Tenth and Washington Streets was
filed with the City Council and determination thereon was contin-
ued to May 7, 1956,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT F~SOLVED: That after hearing on said
request and upon Amendment Application No. 180 for Change of Dis-
tricting Classification of said area to a C-2 district, that no
change be made in said setback line.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City qf Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of May, 1956
