WHEREAS, B. J. Mo~.9~as presented to the City Council a grant
deed dated April 28, 195b, in consideration of payment of $600.00,
conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following described
property:
Parcel l: The easterly 8.00 feet of the following: That por-
tion of the Julian Chaves Allotment in the Rancho Santiago de
Santa Ana described as follows: Beginning at the intersection
of the North line of West Fifth Street with the West line of
Bristol Street North of Fifth; thence North along said West
line of Bristol Street, 140.00 feet; thence West parallel with
said North Line of Fifth Street 134.9 feet; thence South paral-
lel with said West line of Bristol Street, 140 feet to a point
in said North line of Fifth Street; thence East along said North
line of Fifth Street 134-9 feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel 2. A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Southerly
by said North line of Fifth Street, bounded Easterly by the
West line of Parcel l, and bounded Northwesterly by the arc of
a curve concave Northwesterly having a radius of15.00 feet
and tangent to said North line of Fifth Street and tangent to
said West line of Parcel 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That t~e City of Santa Aha ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instracted to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of May, 1956.
