WHEREAS, Lydia ~ay S~r and Alvin C. Stauffer have presented
to the City Council a grant deed dated March 6, 19~6, in consideration
of payment of ~1,850.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following described
property:
Parcel l: The Easterly 10.00 feet of the Northerly 5.00 feet
of Lot 2~ and the Easterly 10.00 feet of Lot 26 of Tract No.
662, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 24, page 17,
Miscellaneous Naps, records of said Orange County.
Parcel 2: That portion of said Lot 26 described as a spandrel
shaped parcel of land bounded Northerly by the North line of
said Lot 26, bounded Easterly by the West line of Parcel 1
and bounded Southwesterly by the arc of a curve concave
Southwesterly, having a radius of 15.00 feet and tangent to
said North line of Lot 26, and tangent to said West line of
Parcel 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on the 7th day of Nay, 1956.

I, ERNA HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the
Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was
