~IiEREAS, K. M. Ramsey and Mable B. Ramsey have presented to
the City Council a granted dated April 20, 1956, without cash
consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following described
property: That portion of Lot I of the Bates Tract, as shown
on a map recorded in Book l, page 96 of Niscellaneous Naps,
records of Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the northerly llne of Seven-
teenth Street 60.00 feet wide with the easterly line of the
proposed street, 40.00 feet wide as shown on said map; thence
northerly ll5.00 feet along said easterly line; thence easterly
10.00 feet; thence southerly parallel with said easterly line
ll5.00 feet to said northerly line of Seventeenth Street;
thence westerly 10.00 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
