WHEREAS, SANT~A ?~N~~.~i~!~ST~RICT OF ORANGE COUNTY has
presented to t~ty Counci~"a ~nt deed dated April 24, 1956,
without cash consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa
Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Parcel 1. The Northerly 50.00 feet of the Easterly 1289.52
feet of the Kuffel and Fletcher Tract, as shown on a Map re-
corded in Book 19, page 48 of Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County, California.
EXCEPTING therefrom that portion thereof previously granted
for Edinger Street.
Parcel 2. A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Northerly
by the South line of Parcel l, bounded Westerly by the Easterly
line of Center Street, bounded Southeasterly by the arc of a
curve concave Southeasterly having a radius of 15 feet and
tangent to said South line of Parcel i and tangent to said East
line of Center Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Resolution No.
56~-~ 86 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of May, 1956.
