~EREAS, Nathan R_~f and Virginia B. Rubaloff have
presented to the City Council a grant deed dated May 25, 1956,
in consideration of payment of ~225.00, conveying property in
the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
An easement for streetsPurposes over the Easterly
l0 feet of the North 4 feet of the South 135 feet
of the East 90 feet of Lot i in Block A of Tract No.
132, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book ll,
page 42, Ntscellaneous Naps, records of said
Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby
instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County
Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the ~th day of
June , 1956.
