WHEREAS, Robert F. Buchheim and Marion K. Buchheim have pre-
sented to the City Council a g~ deed dated May 7, 1956, without
cash consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for sewer pipeline purposes over a strip of land
10.00 feet in width over a portion of lot l0 in the Bates
Tract, as per map recorded in book i page 96 of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said county,
being 5.00 feet on each side of the following described line:
Beginning at a point which is North 0o 42' 50" East 25.00
feet and South 89° 51' 10" West 155.00 feet from the north-
west corner of lot 13 of Tract No. 129~ as per map recorded
in book 60 page 40 of Niscellaneous Naps, in the office of
the county recorder of said county; thence South 89o 51' 10"
West 178.19 feet to the center line of Bristol Street as
shown on said map of Tract No. 1299.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby inst~cted
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of
Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of June, 1956.
