WHEREAS, Nicolas C. Luzania, as Guardian of the Estate of
Alice Rachel Luzania, has presented to the City Council a Guar-
di~'s Deed dated May 26, 19~6, in consideration of payment of
~3,160.00, conveyi~ property in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
PARCEL 1. Commencing on the North line of Hickey Street,
now Eighth Street, at a point 401.6 feet West of the inter-
section of said Hickey Street, now Eighth Street, with the
West line of Artesia Street, as said Artesia Street existed
prior to September l, 192[[; running thence West on said
North line of Hi6key Street, now Eighth Street, 200.8 feet;
thence North parallel with said West line of Artesia Street,
3~ feet; thence East 200.8 feet; thence South 3~ feet to
the point of beginning;
EXCEPTING therefrom the East ~0 feet of the South 194 feet
thereof;
ALSO EXCEPTING therefrom the South 12~ feet of the ~¥est
1~0.8 feet.
PARCEL 2. ~at portion of Section 11, in Township ~ South,
Range l0 West, San Bernardino Base and ~eridian, in said
Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the West line of Artesia Street as
said street was established by deed to the City of Santa Ann,
dated September 19, 1924, and recorded 0ctobor ly, 1924, in
Book ~4~, page ~, Deeds, records of said Orange ~ t

said point being 12~ feet North of the intersection of said
line with the North line of Eighth Street (formerly Htckey
Street); thence Northerly along said West line of Artesia
Street 184 feet, more or less, to the South line of the land
conveyed to Deborah Carter Truman by deed recorded December
~, 1924, in Book ~2, page 227, Deeds, records of said 0rmuge
County; thence ~esterly along said South line 12~ feet; thence
Northerly parallel to the said West line of Artesia Street,
46 feet; thence Westerly parallel to the North line of Eighth
Street, 271.6 feet to the Northwest corner of the land con-
veyed to Benjamin Walker and wife by deed recorded May 18,
1923, in Book 47~, page 7~, of said Deeds; thence South along
the ~est line of the land conveyed to Benjamin Walker and
wife, by said deed, 230 feet to a point 12~ feet North of
the North line of Eighth Street; thence East and parallel
with said North line of Eighth Street 396.6 feet to the point
of beginning.
EXCEPTING therefrom the Easterly 125 feet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; ~nat the City of Santa Aha ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.

at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of June, 1956.
