~{EREAS, T. W. Cartmill and Esther H. Cartmill have pre-
sented to the City Council a grant deed dated June 7, 19~6, with-
out cash consideration, conveying property in the City of Sauta
Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for Street purposes over the following de-
scribed property:
The South 12.00 feet of the West 40.00 feet of Lot 1 in
Block A, of Tract No. 132, as shown on a map thereof re-
corded in Book ll, Page 42, ~iscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT .RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of
Orange County, California.
PASSED A]~D ADOF2ED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of June, 19~6.
