ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, Mactavto Sanchez and Carmen Sanchez have presented
to the City Council a gran~'-~d-~ed dated June 7, 1956, without cash
consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for Street purposes over the following de-
scribed property:
The South 12.00 feet of the West 40.00 feet of the East
130.00 feet of Lot i in Block A of Tract No. 132, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in Book ll, Page 4a, Mis-
cellaneous Naps, Records of Orange County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of
Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of June, 1956.
