WHEREAS, Robert S. Ge~g has presented to the City Council
a grant deed dated June 8, l~, without cash consideration, convey-
lng property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
PARCEL NO. 1. The North 5.50 feet of the West 90.00 feet of
the East 100.00 feet of Lot l, Tract No. 999, as shown on a
map thereof recorded in Book 33, Page 10, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
PARCEL NO. 2. The North 12.00 feet of the West ?5.00 feet of
the East 175.00 feet of said Lot l, Tract No. 999.
PARCEL NO. 3. A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded North-
erly by the South line of Parcel l, bounded Easterly by the
West line of Bristol Street and bounded Southwesterly by the
arc of a curve concave Southwesterly, having a radius of 25.00
feet and tangent to said South line of Parcel l, and tangent
to said West line of Bristol Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of June, 1956.
