WHEREAS, Schuyler A. So~thard and Evelyn H. Southard have
presented to the City Council a grant deed dated May 3, 1956, with-
out cash consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, describeda s:
Parcel 1. The southerly 4.1 feet of the westerly 60.60
feet of the easterly 119.71 of Lot 5 Collum addition in
the City of Santa Ana as shown on a map thereof recorded
in book 23, Page 50 of Miscellaneous records and maps of
Los Angeles County, excepting therefrom that portion
previously granted for freeway access road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of
Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of June, 1956.
