HomeMy WebLinkAbout56-188RESOLUTION NO. ~6-188 ORDERING THE VACATION, ABANDON- MENT, AND CLOSING OF A PORTION OF HARBOR ROAD WHEREAS, heretofore, on the ?th day of May, 19~6 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 56-124 declaring its intention to vacate a portion of Harbor Road, which said Resolution was published and posted as required by law; and WHEREAS, public hearing waa duly held on the 18th day of June, 1956, upon due notice in said Resolution and said posted notices con- tained; NOW, THEREFORE, AFTER DHE HEARING, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, from all the evidence submitted, that the portion of Harbor Road hereinbelow and in said Resolution described is unnecessary for present or prospective street purposes. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That said City Council hereby makes its order vacating, abandoning and closing up, for street purposes, that certain portion of Harbor Road, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: The southern end of Harbor Road, 50.00 feet wide, 366.3 feet northerly from its southern terminus to a point which is located 1300.2 feet southerly f~om the south line of Dyer Road. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of July , 1956.
