WHEREAS, Joseph L. Root and Katherine Root have presented to
the City Council a grant deed dated June 20, 1956, without cash
consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for Street purposes over the following de-
scribed property:
The North 12.00 feet of the West 62.50 feet of Lot 1,
Tract No. 999 as shown on a map thereof recorded in
Book 33, Page 10, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange
County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is he~e~y instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of
Orange Count~ California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of July, 1956.
