CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACC©~DANCE THEREWITH: BE IT RESOLVED: That ou~euant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking regulations and limitations as set forth in Section 3218 of the S~nta Ana Municipal Code, as follows: NORTH HESPFRIAN STREET On the west side of North Heeoertan Street, between Fourth Street and Fifth Street, as follows: North 38 feet of the South 74 feet and said curb along said street shall be nainted YELLOW, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be Dainted as hereinabove described.
