ABAi4DON~ENT, AND CIJ0SING OF WEST ORANGE ROAD
WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 18th day of June, 19~6 the City
Council adopted Resolution No. 56-182 declaring its intention to
vacate West Orange Road, which said Resolution was published and
posted as required by law; and
~{EREAS, public hearing was duly held on the 16th day of
July, 1956, upon due notice in said Resolution and said posted
notices contained;
NOW, THEREFORE, AF%ER DUE HEA~NG, BE IT RESOLVED: That the
City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, from all the
evidence submitted, that West Ormnge Road heretnbelow and in said
Resolution described is urn~ecessary for present or prospective
street purposes.
BE IT FU![THER RESOLVED: That said City Council hereby makes
its order vacating, abandoning and closing up, for street purposes,
West Orange Road, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
West Orange Road as it exists, running westerly
from i~orth ~ain Street approximately half way to
the Santa Ana Freeway.
PASSED AND A~?TED by the City Council of
