CONCEDING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEReWITh:
BE IT RESOLVED: That the parking l~m~tations created by Resolution No. 53-66,
adopted on the &th day of Nay, 1953, and ordering the curb painted ~ as follows:
S~T~T~ STREET
On the north side of Seventeenth Street, between Flower Street and Heliotrope Drive,
as follows:
East 6~ feet of the West 123.5 feet
are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director o£ Public Works is here~y
directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That p~rsuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code
of the State of Califormia and Section 3201 of the Sauta Aha Municipal Cod% the
City Council hereby establishes parking regulations and limitations as set forth
in Section 3215 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, as follows:
SEVE~T.~.~H sTREET
On the north side of Seventeenth Street, between Flower Street and Heliotrope Drive,
as follows:
East 38.5 feet of the west 123.5 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted GRiN and shall bear a legend in
white letters thereon indicating that the mawfmmm time limit for parking shall be
twenty-four (24) miuutes, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to
cause said curb to be painted as next hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular
meeting held on the 16th day of July
