ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, Department of Vet~erans Affairs of the State of
California has presented to the City Council a grant deed dated
June 29, 1956, without cash consideration, conveying property
in the City of Santa ~na, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following de-
scribed property:
The northerly 12.00 feet of the west 62.50 feet of the
East 237.50 feet of Lot l, Tract No. 999 as shown on a
map thereof recorded in Book 33, Page 10, Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, Caltfomta.
NOW, ~IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of
Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Sm ta
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of July, 1956.
