OF RESOLUTION NO. 5114 AS AMENDED BY RESOLU-
TION NO. 56-184
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5115 establishing a basic compensa-
tion plan has been from time to time amended, and
WHEREAS, Section 3 thereof was last amended on June 18,
1956, and it now appears that two further changes should be made
in said Section 3,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That Section 3, Resolution
No. 5114, allocating classes of employment to salary and wage sched-
ules be and the same is hereby amended in the particulars only
hereinbelow set out:
That the class title "Clerk of the Council" is
hereby changed to and established at Schedule No. 33
That a new class title to be known as "Secretary
to the City Manager" is hereby established at Schedule
No. 24.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the class title established
hereby and the salary schedules established hereby shall be effect-
ive from July l, 1956.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of July, 1956.
