ABANDONMENT, AND CLOSING
STREET
ORDERING THE VACATION,
OF A PORTION OF RIVERII~E
WHEREAS, heretofore, on the lSth day of July, 19~6 the City
Council adopted Resolution No. ~6-204 declaring its intention to
vacate a portion of Riverine Street, which said Resolution was pub-
lished and posted as required by law; and
?;I~REAS, public hearing was duly held on the
Au~st, 1956, upon due notice in said Resolution and
notices contained;

NOW, TItER~FORE, AFTER DUE HEARING, BE ~T RESOLVED: That
the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, from all
the evidence submitted, that that portion of Riverino Street here-
inbelow and in said Resolution described is unnecessary for present
or prospective street purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That said City Council hereby makes
its order vacating, abandoning and closing up, for street purposes,
that portion of Riverine Street, in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
Riverine Street as it now exists, running north
and south, bounded on the north by the southerly
line of Eighth Street, and bounded on the south
by the northerly line of Sixth Street.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of August, 1956.
