WHEREAS, Waldo Wehr_hr_~has presented to the City Council a grant
deed dated August 10,-1-95b, without cash consideration, conveying
property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of
Califomia, described as:
Parcel I. The easterly 85.00 feet of the Westerly 319.67
feet of the southerly 25.00 feet of the northerly 50.00
feet of Section 12, T. 5 S., R. 10 W., S.B.B.&M., County
of Orange, State of California.
Parcel II. A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded nor-
therly by the south line of Parcel I, bounded easterly by
the southerly prolongation of the east line of Parcel I,
bounded southwesterly by the arc of a curve concave South-
westerly having a radius of 15.00 feet and tangent to said
south line of Parcel I, and tangent to said southerly pro-
longation of the east line of Parcel I.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of August, 1956.
