OF AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY, A
CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Aha has installed a 2" steel pipe
line for the conveying of water beneath the property of the Sou-
thern Pacific Company at or near Dyer Station, County of Orange,
State of California, and has, by negotiation, reached agreement
with said Southern Pacific Company for the maintenance of said
steel pipe line as a temporary structure, for and in consideration
of the sum of Five Dollars ($5.00) to be paid by said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
that certain agreement hereinabove referred to for and on behalf
of the City of Santa Ana, a Municipal Corporation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of August, 1956.
