RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF TH~ CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZ~]~G T~E DI2{EGTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO SIGN PROJECT STATEMENT
AND APPROVING AND ADOPTING A BUDGET OF EXPenDITURES FROM THE
~ FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED: That the Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby delegates and
authorizes HUGH H. F~, D]I~ECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKs, to sign, on behalf of the
said City, the Project statements showing work to be done during the ensuing
Fiscal Year and hereby adopts the budget of estimated expenditure recommended
to be made during said ensuing Fiscal Year in the City of Santa Ana from the
Gas Tax Fund, also known as the State Highway Fund resulting from the Highway
Users Tax Fund as the same are set forth in the prepared estimates.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council is directed to prepare
a certified copy of this Resolution for submission to the State with the Budget
Estlm~tes and Project Statements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on the 20th day of August , 1956.
