R~SO~TION D~LARING "YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY" INTERSECTION:
BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the
State of California, Section &Tl.1, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code or the City of Santa Aha, the City Council hereby declares the following named
intersections within the City of Santa Ana hereinafter described to be "Yield Right-
of-Way" intersections, to-wit:
BIRCH STREAT
At the intersection of Birch Street and Bishop Street
That a "Yield Right-of-Way" siD1 shell be erected at the intersection above
described directing traffic on Birch Street to "yield" to traffic on Bishop Street.
TENTH STREET
At the intersection of Tenth Street and Sp~rgeon Street
That a "Yield Right-of-way" sign shall be erected at the intersection above
described directing traffic on Tenth Street to "yield" to traffic on Sp~rgeon Street.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council'of the City of Santa Ana at its regular
meeting held on the hth day of September , 1956.
