HomeMy WebLinkAbout56-257RESOLUTION NO. 56-257 CONCERNING PARKING LIN_ITATioNS AND CURB MARKINGS tN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH: BE IT RESOLVED: That the par~ing limitations created by Resolution No. 3727 adopted on the 3rd day of January, 19&9, and ordering the curb painted ~W, as follows: S. PURGEON STREET On the west side of Sp~rgeon Street, between Second and Third Streets, as follows: South 27 feet of the north 59 feet also: Paring l~m~tations created by Resolution Ne. 248~, adopted the 5th day of October, 1936, and ordering the curb painted RED, as follows: SPURGEON STR~ On the west side of Sp~rgeon Street, between Second and Third Streets, as follows: North 16 feet are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Pablic Works is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be rumored or covered. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California and Secticm 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking 11m~tatiens and regulations set forth in Section 3213 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, as follows: SPU~GEON STREET On the west side of Sp~rgeon Street, between Second Street and Third Street, as follows: North 57 feet 6 inches and said curb along said street shall be painted RED, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as hereinabove described.
