RESOLUTION DECLARING STOP INTERSECTIO~
BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of
the State of Cal~*ornia~ aud Section 3BO1 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code of the
City of Santa Ana, that portion of Resolution No. 3382, passed and adopted by the
City Council on the 19th day of February, 1945, which reads as follows:
"The Intersection of Brash Street~ Santa Clara Avenue and E1 Portal Street;
on Santa Clara Avenue ~here it enters the intersection from the East%
shall be a Boulevard Stop Sig~"
sba11 be repealed and rescinded~ and the Director of Public Works is instructed to
cause the Stop sign to be removed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT: Pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code
of the State of Cali~ rnia~ and Section 3BO1 of the Santa Ana l~micipal Code of the
City of Santa Ana, the City Council hereby declares the follow~ug named intersections
within the City of Santa Aha hereinafter described to be.?top intersections, to-wit:
The intersection of Shelton Street and Sixth Street, and all north-bound
traffic on Shelton Street at Sixth Street shall stop before entering the
intersection.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City C~uncil of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the-!%h- day of October.. , 1956.
