RESOLUTION GONCEF~ING PEDESTRIAN CROSS-WALW.~ UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030
RE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COI~CIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of
C~l~*ornia, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City
of Santa Aha, entitled "An Or81nance of the City of Santa Aha Regulating the
use of Public Nighways within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the cross-walk
established by Resolution No. 5&-30, adopted on the 15th day of Narch, 195&,
and ordering the establishment of a pedestrian cross-walk, as follows:
Across Baker Street, South of Santa Clara, directly South of the
black-top entrauce to the school grounds
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby
directed to cause above described cross-walk to be removed or covered.

regular meeting held on the l%th day of OctoOer , 1956.
