WHEREAS, SECURITY TITLE INS~JRANCE COMPANY, a California
Corporation, has presented to the City Council a grant of ease-
ment for sewer line purposes, in consideration of payment of
$2,585.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
All that portion of property conveyed by said deed lying
westerly of a line which is parallel with and 10 feet
easterly of the following described line:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the center
line of McFadden Street with the monumaented center line
of Lyon Street, thence South 89° 00' 05" West 10.01
feet along the center line of McFadden Street to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 5° 39' 49" West
274.74 feet; thence South 0° 32' 45" West to the
south line of property described in said deed;
RESERVING unto Trustee, its successors and assigns, and
unto others to whom such rights may at any time be granted
the right to use the above-described property for any and
all purposes that will not interfere with the enjoyment by
City of the easement hereby granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of SantaAna
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of October, 1956.
