HomeMy WebLinkAbout56-287RESOLb~ION NO. ~.~-287 DECLARING INTENTION TO ESTAB~.TSE SETBACK LINES ON CYPRESS AVENUE SOUTH OF GOETZ AVENUE WHEHEAS, the Planning Commission has recommended that the setback lines herein set out be established; NOW, T~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby declares its intention to establish a setback line as provided for in Section 9155 through 9158 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code as follows: Cypress Avenue, on both sides, from Goetz Avenue on the North to an unnamed street on the South, a distance of approximately 400 feet, 30 feet from the center line measured at right angles. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That 7:30 o'clock P. M. on the 17th day of December, 1956, at the Council Chambers is hereby established as the hour and place when all persons having any objections to the establishment of said proposed setback line may appear and present objections thereto. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council is hereby directed to publish notice of said hearing by publishing a copy of this Resolution once in the Santa Aha Independent, and the Engineer's Office is directed to post one copy of this Resolution conspicuously upon said Street in front of each block or part of block where said setback line is proposed to be established. Both publication and posting shall be made at least l0 days before the time of said hearing.
