CONCEF~ING PARKING LI~ITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE '£HER~ITR:
BE IT RESOLVED: That the parking limitations created by Resolution No.
55-227, adopted on the 15th day of August, 1955, and ordering the curb painted
RED, as follows:
THIRD ST~E~
On the south side of Third Street, between Bush Street and Spurgeon Street, as follows:
East 10 feet of the west 157 feet 6 inches
East 10 feet of the west 249 feet 6 inches
Also, the parking limitations created by Resolution No. 55-246, adopted on the
26th day of September, 1955, and ordering the curb painted WHITE, a~s follows:
THIRD STREET
On the south side of Third Street, between Bush Street and Spurgeon Street, as follows:
East 41 feet of the west 239 feet 6 inches
are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed
to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code
of the State of California ~nd Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the
City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and regulations set forth in
Section 3213 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, as follows:

On the south side of Third Street, between Bush Street and Spurgeon Street, as follows:
East 3 feet
West 2 feet of the east lO1 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted RED~ 'and the Director of Public Works
is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as hereinabove described.
ALSO, pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California
and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the City Council hereby esto~blishes
parking limitations and regulations set forth in Section 3217 of the Santa Ana
Municipal Code, as follows:
THIRD STHE~T
On the south side of Third Street, between Bush Street and Spurgeon Street, as follow~:
West 30 feet of the east 71 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted WHITE, and the Director of Public
Works is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as hereinabove described.
ALS% pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California
and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the City Council hereby establishes
parking 11m~tations and regulations set forth in Section 3218 of the Santa Aha
Municipal Code, as follows:
THIRD STREET
On the south side of Third Street, between Bush Street and Sp~rgeon Street, as follows:
West 28 feet of the east 99 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted YELLOW, and the Director of Public
Works is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha aR its regular
meeting held on the 19th day of November , 1956.
