%~F~t$~ J0Y~ R. COFFIN AND HATTIE S. COFFIN, husband and wife, have
presented to the City Council a grant deed~ conveyzng land in the civic center,
dated October 26, 1956, in consideration of $32,000.00. Said land is described
as:
The North 27 feet of Lot 5 and the South 1 foot of Lot 6
of Stout's Addition to Santa Ana~ in the city of Santa Aha,
county of Orange~ state of California~ as per map recorded in
book 6, page 28 of Miscellaneous Maps~ in the office of the
county recorder of said county.
NOW~ TH~REFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana sccepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County~ California.
PASSworD AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on the 3rd da~ of December , 1956.
