RESOLUTION DECLAR/NG TNI~OUGH STREETS IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California,
smd pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa kna,
entitled "An Ordi2~nce of the City of Santa -&ha Regulating the use of Public Highways
Within Said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does hereby declare that
No. ll of Resolution No. 56-268, adopted the 15th day of October, 1956, as follows:
Chestnut Street and Halladay Street, ~-way stop intersection
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed
to cause the above described signs to be removed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of
the State of California, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code of the City
of Santa Ana, the City Council hereby declares the follo~Sng named intersection wlthin
the said City of Santa Aha hereinafter described to be a stop intersection, to-wit:
The intersection of Chestnut Street and Halladay Street, and all east
and west bound traffic on Chestnut street shall stop before entering
the intersection.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting
