W~, J]~NIE M. ~, a married woman, and ROBERT E. WARNER, a
single m~n, have presented to the City Council a graut deed~ dated November 8,
1956, for valuable consideration in the amount of Three Hundred Dollars
($300.00), conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the westerly 40 feet of that
portion of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of
Section 12, Township 5 South, Range l0 West, in the land allotted
to Jacob Ross in Decree of Partition of the Rancho Santiago de
Santa Aha, recorded in Book B of Judgments of the 17th Judicial
District Court of California, located in the city of Santa Aha,
county of Orange, state of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of the land conveyed by Eva
J. French to Vilm~ Mae Anderson by deed dated July 19, 1926,
and recorded in book 667, page 61 of Deeds, said point being on
the westerly line of said Section, distant thereon 385.74 feet,
more or less, southerly from the northwest corner of said section;
thence easterly 174.62 feet along the southerly line of said
Anderson land; thence southerly 50.00 feet parallel with the
westerly line of said section; thence westerly 174.62 feet
parallel with the southerly line of said Anderson land to the
westerly line of said section; thence northerly 50.00 feet along
said section line, to the point of beginning.
EXCEPT the west 30.00 feet included in Bristol Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts sai~
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
