WHEREAS, D. J. DEVINE ~ D MA~ P. DEVINE, husband and wife,
have ~a~sented to the City Council a gran-~-b'-~eed, dated De~ember
ll, 1956, in consideration of Eighty Six Hundred Dollara ($8,600.00),
conveying property described as:
Lot 12 of Stout's Addition to Santa Ana, in the City of
Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as
Per map recorded in book 6 page 28 of Miscellaneous Maps,
in the office of the co~uty recorder of said County.
NOW, ~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
Accepts said deed and theClerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded in the County Recorder of Orange
Count~ California.

Ana at its regular meeting held on the ~th day of December , 1956.
