WHEREAS, DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS OF THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, has presented to the City csuncll a grant deed, dated
December 6, 1956, without cash consideration, conveying property
in the City of Santa Aha, Orange County, State of California,
described as:
An easement for street purpce es over the following described
p~o~erty:
PARCEL 1. The southerly 5.00 feet of Lots 25, and 26, in
Tract No. 581, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book
19, Page 37, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
State of Caifornia.
PARCEL 2. A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded southerly
by the north line of Parcel l, bounded easterly by the east
line of said Lot 2~, bounded northwesterly by the arc of a curve,
concave northwesterly, having a radius of 15.00 feet and tangent
said north line of Parcel l, and tangent to said east line of
Lot 25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the C~rk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause
said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
PASSED AliYD ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the l?th day of December, 19%6.
