WHEREAS, DEPARTMENT OF ~,IG~TERANS AFFAIRS OF TE~ STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, has.presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated
December 6, 1958, without cash consideration, conveying property
in the City of ~antaAna, Orange County, State of California,
described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following described
property:
The southerly 5.00 feet of Lots 47, and 48 in Tract No. 581,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 19, page 37,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, State of
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.

Ana at/its regular meeting held on the 17th day of December, 1956.
