BE IT RESOLVED: That the certain portion of parking l~m~tations created
by Resolution No. 56-303, adopted the 19th day of November,1956, and ordering
the curb painted RED ~s follows:
THIRD STREE~
On the south side of Third Street, between Bush Street and Spargeon Street,
as follows:
East 3
West 2 feet of the east 101 feet
And, on the south side of Third Street, between Bush St. and Spargeon St.,
as follows:
West 30 feet of the east 71 feet
created by Resolution No. 56-303, adopted the 19th day of November, 1956, and
ordering the curb painted WHITE as above;
and, parking 11m*tations created by Resolution No. 56-303, adopted the 19th ds~
of November, 1956, and ordering the curb painted Y~.~TOW as follows:
THIRD STREET
on the south side of Third Street, between Bush Street and Sp~rgeon Street,
as follows:
West 28 feet of the east 99 feet
are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby
directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or cove~ed.
BE IT FUR~R RESOLVED: That p~rsuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code
of the State of California and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, the
City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and regulations as set forth
in Section 3213 of the Santa Aha Manicipal Code, as follgws:
THIRD STRE~..T
On the south side of Third Street, between Bush Street and Sp~rgeon Street~
as follows:
East 10 feet of the west 157 feet 6 inches
East 10 feet of the w~st 2~9 feet 6 inches
and said curb along said street shall be painted RED, and the Director of Pablic
Works is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as hereinabove
described.
ALSO, Pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California,
and Section 3201' of the Santa Arm Municipal Code, the City Council hereby establishes
parking 11m~tations and regulations set forth in Section 3217 of the Santa Ana
Fa~bicipal Code, as follows:
THIRD STREET
on the south side of Third ~ee~, between Bush Street and Spurgeon Street,
as follows:
East A1 feet of the ~est 239 feet 6 inches
and said curb along said street sha~l be painted WHITE, and the Director of
Public Works is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted aa herein-
a~Ve described.
PASSEO AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular
meeting held on the 17th day of December , 1956.
