WHEREAS~ HENRY M~SS, SAMUEL J. YOUNG, JOSEPH,ROSENBER~ have
presented to the City Council a grant deed dated January 10, 1956,
without cash consideration, conveying an easement in property in the
City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described
as:
An easement for Waker :ain purposes over a strip of land
l0 feet in width the side lines of which are ~ feet on
each side of (measured at right angles) the following
descrioed center line:
Beginning at a point on the south line of Tract No..737
as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 22, Page
I~iscellaneous k~aps, Records of Orange County, ll. O0
feet easterly from the centerline of Diamond Street; and
running thence southerly parallel with the southerly
extension of said center line of Diamond Street 129.00
feet; thence westerly parallel w_m% said southerly line
of Tract 737, 620.00 feet more or less to the easterly
line of Old Newport Road.
NO~.~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the ~zty of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instruct-
ed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of
Orange County, California.
PAS~ED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st .day of January , 19~7.
