WHEREAS, COAST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSN. OF LOS A~NGELES,
a California Corporation, has presented to the City Council a grant
deed dated January 12, 1957, without cash consideration, conveying
an easement in property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange
State of California, described as:
An easement for curb and gutter, sidewalk, sewer laterals,
underground storm drain and other public utility installations
in and over, the southerly 5.00 feet of Lots 49 and 50, in
Tract No. 581, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book
19, Page 37, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
