~Ei~EAS, RIChfIELD OIL CORPORATION, a Delaware Corporation,
has presented to the City Council.a grant deed dated December
20, 19~6, wzthout cash consideration, conveying property in the
City of Santa &ns, County of 0rm~ge, State of California, described
as:
An easement for street purposes over the following:
PARCEL 1. The southerly 10.00 feet of Lot 12, Block 23, in
Tract No. 3~2, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book
l~, Pages l~ and 16, Hiscellaneous Haps, Records of Orange
County, State of California.
PARCEL 2. The easterly 10.00 feet of Lots 10, 11 and the
easterly 10.00 feet of the northerly !i.0.00 feet of Lo~ 12,
in said ~lock 23, of said Tract i~o. ~2.
PARCEL 3. A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded easterly
by tme westerly line of Parcel 2, bounded southerly by the
northerly line of Parcel 1~ and bounded northwesterly by
the arc of a curve concave northwesterly havln~ a radius of
2~.00 feet and tangent to said westerly line of Parcel 2,
and tangent to said northerly line of Parcel 1.
