TION OF AGREEMENT FOR SPECIAL SERVICES.
WHEREAS, heretofore an Agreement for Special Services, to
commence on February 18, 1953, and to cc~tinue unti.1 terminated by
notice in writing by either party, was entered into with Charles
Hayes Diggs, and
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Aha has now established a Planing
Department with full-time employees, and no longer needs the serv-
ices of a Consultant;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Clerk of the Council
is hereby directed to forthwith serve written notice upon Charles
Hayes Diggs that the said Agreement hereinabove referred to, p~ovid-
lng for his part-time employment, is terminated thirty (30) days
from and after the service of said notice.
BE IT FUR~ER RESOLVED, that said written notice shall consist
of the service of a certified copy of this Resolution, together with
an accompanying letter signed by said Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of February, 1957.
