· H~EA~, on December 26, 1951, the Board of Trustees of ~he
City of Sa.nra Ana passed and adopted Resolution No. 511~ establish-
basic compensation plax for certain classes of employment in
the service of the City of Santa Ana; ~
the general level of wages and the costs of goods an~
services in the area of Santa Arm have increased to a degree making
it desirable to adjust said basic compensation plan and the City of
Santa Arm has determined that it is in the best interests of sa~ City
to a~Just tho schedule numbers and make certain additions to the list
of class titles,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Section 3 of Resolution
tho same is hereby anen~od to read as follows:
Allocation of Classes of Employment to Sala~ and
Wa~e ~chedules. Classes of e~ployment shall be allocated to SalarT
and Wag® Schedules as follows:

and the modification of allocation of classes of e~ployment to salary
and wage schedules shall be effective from February 1 __, 1957.
