RESOLUTION NO. 57-38 GRANTING A VARIANCE
WHERE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDED DENIAL
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission gave due notice of and regul-
arly held a public hearing on Variance Application No. 866, and
after hearing recommended that the same be

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That

Council finds that special circumstances attach to the property

Lot 14, Tract 354, as per map recorded in Book
15, page 26, Miscellaneous Maps, RecoEis of
said Orange County,
to permit the construction of a building with space therein for offices
for a doctor and offices for a dentist, upon the following conditions:
(a) That the present buildings be removed.
(b) That the broken sidewalk be replaced and the broken curb
on Washington Avenue be repaired.
(c) That not less than six off-street parking places be pro-
vided on the property.
(d) That the construction and layout be in accordance with the
plot plan, drawing, and application submitted by the applicant.
